Return Policy
Cancellation of print-on-demand products is time-sensitive. Sorry, once the products are in the print process, cancellation can't be stopped. If an item was delivered damaged or was not what you ordered, you have 14 days to contact us. Regarding size issues, we will only refund or exchange an item if we send you the wrong size. Please make sure you check the correct size item before you make a purchase. When your order arrives it will include a slip containing a copy of your order and a place to add your customer feedback. You can use this link to contact us if there is an issue with your order. We will do our utmost to satisfy your request.
What if I change my mind about the order.
You can cancel any items before they go to printing. If we were too late in cancelling your order it's because the item was printed and ready for shipping. You should receive a notice regarding this. Thanks for your understanding.

Do You offer free shipping.
At present, we offer free delivery to Canadian and U.S. customers.
How long does shipping take
Depending on the time of year, shipping normally takes between five to seven days within the U.S, not counting production time, and between ten and fourteen days within Canada, not counting production time. International orders may take up to thirty days. Please be patient, we do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
